The meaning? Simple, nature always wins. Look all around, nature consumes. Everything returns again to nature. Although technically everything is nature isn't it? If you think about it.

Anyway, stop thinking about that and think about how this t-shirt illustrates nature how we normally understand it (leaves, trees, plants etc) taking over what we don't normally consider nature (bricks, buildings, human made stuff).
